Graded Hawaii Prime, these beans are smaller or slightly less uniform than our top grades but they come from the same five acre farm on Hualalai, the same hand picked harvest, and the same meticulous processing. We roast the Vanguard at a dark profile that brings out its natural strengths: rich dark chocolate, roasted nut, and a mild sweetness carried by a full, smooth body. This
