This unique pendant features a sterling silver marcasite base with a white glass cab topped with a sterling silver miraculous medal. The back has the Catholic symbols and stamped sterling on the bottom. The glass cab appears to have been painted but has mainly worn off over time. It does glow blue under UV light. Similar to Uranium glass this type has a lead content that leads to
