Arbois Naturé dry Bottled without fining or filteringArbois Natur is Savagnin in its most pure and refreshing style. Natur is the old local name for this grape, and here its made in an ouill (topped up) way, so you get a bright, non oxidative white rather than the classic nutty Jura profile. The vines grow on blue and grey marl soils around Arbois, which bring a clear mineral edge to the wine. Grapes are picked late by hand for full flavour, then given a long, gentle pressing.
