Waterway WVS003 Top Mount Multiport Valve Assembly 1.5" Sand Filter Waterway 505-1970 Clearwater/Carefree Collar WrenchThis valve is us on the Waterway Clearwater Top mount Sand filter. This is the version used on filters made 2001 and later. The WVS003 uses a plastic split nut, shown in the photo, to attach the valve to the filter tank. The WVS002 is a similar valve used before 2001. That valve uses a stainless steel clamp to attach to the filter.
