Crafted from gold which is testing slightly above 9ct gold and set to the centre with a large 10. 0mm x 6. 8mm pear cut deep red Garnet, four claw set to a saw edge bezel setting. Surrounding the setting are four engraved semi circle motifs, and to the heart itself exquisite scrolled engraving, which is replicated on the verso also. The verso has a large clear paned locket compartment
