The neckline features a. small, circular ruffle and the bodice and ruffle are very heavily embellished with Aquamarine and Aquamarine AB color rhinestones. A slight diagonal band of solid AB rhinestones create a belt look. The skirt has light gathering on each of the six skirt panels. The dance crepe skirt has a satin trimmed
