Brebis and Ramp Spread nest-spa Made by Pretentious Glass CoRamps are one of our favorite ingredients at Blackberry Farm. We harvested and preserved ramps in the Spring to make our Brebis and Ramp Spread. The onion and garlic flavor from the ramps mixed with our creamy Brebis cheese creates a delicious savory flavor combination, and utilizing the ramp greens gives the spread a beautiful color.
